Graphic Designer

Job overview: 

This position will help continue the path created for our in-house cannabis and hemp brands’ visual identities. Our graphic designer will work alongside our digital marketing manager and CEO to execute our branding and design strategies. We are looking for an all-around team player that is willing to do whatever it takes to help the team.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Translating our brands’ visions, needs, and strategies into design concepts.
  • Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
  • Creating product designs, box packaging, label files, 3d models, digital graphics, and marketing collateral. 
  • Ability to meet project timelines and organization. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Mastery of Graphic Design Software – (pref. Adobe) 
  • Design/experience portfolio
  • Excellent visual and design principles & skills
  • Ability to communicate design visuals clearly
  • Written, Electronic (Call, text, email), Verbal skills
  • Cannabis/Health Industry Experience (not necessary)
  • Motivation & Integrity

Inside Sales Representative

Job overview: 

This position will consist of selling our in-house hemp CBD brands and meeting customer needs. You will service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. We are looking for an all-around team player that is willing to do whatever it takes to help the team.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Must be knowledgeable about the product
  • Identify and prospect new customers
  • Willingness to cold call and email
  • Contacting new and existing customers 
  • Ability to overcome objections 
  • Ability to close deals 
  • Managing day to day sales cycle of new and current customer
  • Must manage customers in our CRM System
